Terms and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and using ViwandLink ("System"), you agree to fully comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our System.

2. Account Registration

To use the System, you must have a valid account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information - All your information must be true and valid.
• Maintain the security of your account - You are responsible for your password and all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized use - If you suspect your account has been compromised, let us know immediately.
• Not create more than one account - Each user can only have one account.

3. Use of the System

ViwandLink is a platform connecting employers (industries, companies) and job seekers (employees). You agree to use the System only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Tanzanian law.

For Job Seekers (Employees):

• You can send multiple job applications at once
• You must provide true information about your qualifications, education, and experience
• Submitting false information or forged documents is prohibited
• You have the right to withdraw from the system at any time

For Employers:

• You must provide true information about job openings and your company
• Discrimination against applicants based on race, gender, religion, or disability is prohibited
• You are expected to respond to applicants in a timely manner
• Any payments related to advertisements are made in accordance with our procedures

4. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly forbidden to do the following on our System:

• Post offensive, hateful, or illegal content
• Attempt to break the system's security or interfere with its functionality
• Send spam or unauthorized advertisements
• Pretend to be someone else or provide false information
• Use automated programs (bots) or forgery tools
• Copy or distribute our content without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the System (CV, photos, etc). However, by submitting it, you give us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your content on the System
• Share it with employers looking for employees with your qualifications
• Use it for the purpose of improving our services

6. Liability and Warranty

ViwandLink is not responsible for the completeness of job information, the success of your applications, or the actions of other users. We provide the system "as is".

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
